When Zach acquired the building in 2021, he immediately saw its potential. He personally oversaw every detail of the construction and designed the layout to perfectly blend old-world charm with modern functionality. The result? A one-of-a-kind space that’s both welcoming and inspiring.
One of our favorite features? We’re proud to say we’re the first space in Louisville to have floors made entirely of hemp wood; they’re sustainable and stylish.
Earlier this year, when Beth joined the team, she brought her design expertise to the table, selecting vibrant modern furnishings that reflect the colorful character of Louisville’s beloved neighborhoods. The office is now fully outfitted for client consultations and community events, offering a bright, welcoming atmosphere that feels like a true reflection of our brand.
But that’s not all—the back section of the first floor houses a cozy 1BR/1BA pied-à-terre. And, there’s room to grow: we have an 800-square-foot space on the second floor that’s currently unfinished, but we’re dreaming up big plans for it as we continue to expand.
