About Zach Fry
Our principal broker is not your average suit-and-tie real estate guy. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, our principal broker brings a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for property value, honed through prior experience as a licensed real estate appraiser.
Through his extensive involvement in thousands of transactions and negotiations, coupled with his personal brokerage of several hundred real estate deals, he has amassed a wealth of experience and insight into the intricate dynamics of real estate values, trends, negotiation methodologies, and strategic options. His seasoned perspective is a testament to his comprehensive understanding of the field, showcasing his ability to navigate complex scenarios with precision and expertise.
When he’s not helping his clients achieve their goals, you’ll find him on the pickleball courts, mastering moguls on his skis, the trails—on foot or two wheels, or helping build community through local non-profits such as The Kentucky Mountain Bike Association and three board terms at The Boys & Girls Haven. There, he conceived of and developed an event which has been going for over a decade now: The Gravy Cup! The World’s LARGEST Biscuit and Gravy competition, which has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for neglected, abandoned and abused children.

About Beth Geiser
With over 25 years of expertise in marketing, PR & communications, client service, and business development, she’s a powerhouse in the industry. She leverages her executive presence, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships—her customer-centric service approach fosters collaboration, ensuring that clients’ buying and selling experiences are seamless, efficient, and rewarding.
Thriving in complex environments, her knack for interpreting and utilizing data to spot market trends, combined with her tactical business expertise, helps clients navigate the real estate market’s twists and turns with confidence. Beyond her talent for crafting killer strategies that make properties shine, she’s also an outdoor enthusiast and a connoisseur of life’s thrills. When she’s not forging meaningful relationships, or negotiating deals, you’ll find her riding horses, hiking & camping in any of our awe-inspiring National parks, hitting the ski slopes, or seeking adventures on one of her motorcycles.
She has dedicated many hours to women’s leadership initiatives, including several years on the Integrating Women Leaders conference planning committee and two years serving on the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana board.
Beth may have a taste for adventure, but she’s also a consummate professional who knows how to get the job done—and that’s just the way we like it.
